About Angela

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when stress builds gradually and you realize you are not coping the way you used to.

Angela works with individuals who feel stretched thin, emotionally depleted or disconnected from themselves while trying to manage daily responsibilities, relationships and major life demands.

This can include challenges related to parenthood, perinatal experiences, grief and loss, anxiety, burnout or periods of significant change.

Her focus is on creating a steady and supportive space where you can slow things down, understand what is happening internally and begin to feel more grounded and supported.

Approach to Therapy

Angela’s approach is collaborative, strengths-based and validating with an emphasis on both emotional understanding and practical support.

She draws from evidence-based approaches to help clients explore difficult emotions, identify patterns and build coping strategies that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.

Sessions often focus on making sense of distress, reconnecting with personal strengths and finding ways to move through challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Therapy is paced to meet you where you are without pressure to have everything figured out.

Working With Angela

Angela has over 14 years of experience supporting individuals and families through emotional challenges, major transitions and periods of overwhelm.

She has a particular interest in supporting clients during the prenatal and postpartum periods, as well as through the broader transition into parenthood.

As a parent herself, she brings an understanding of the emotional, physical and identity shifts that can come with this stage of life.

Her work focuses on helping clients feel more grounded, more self-aware and more able to navigate difficult experiences with greater steadiness and self-trust.
